Rooms were clean.
Booking.com gave confirmation that there will be free breakfast. However, hotel refused to offer free breakfast.

"Exquisite Comfort and Care"
The peace and serenity of this retreat are complemented by exceptional service. The courteous staff always made sure my needs were met, and the food was simply divine. I felt completely at ease in this beautiful location.

Complementary Breakfast was horrible with very limited options; can say no options.
Deluxe room was booked... I checked the pamphlet & saw that was not the room allotted to us. To my surprise, the reception staff informed me the pamphlet was printed with the room type wrongly printed on them. The room was too small for 3 of us. Felt cheated to be allotted a standard room instead of the deluxe room...
