The cottage was perfect for a couple looking for a weekend away. It was spotless when we arrived and was fairly well equipped. Stunning view of the ocean and Gordon’s bay and very cozy little braai area.
The kitchen was slightly under equipped. My only gripe was that the one big knife was incredibly dull which made preparing food a bit tricky.

Excellent view: Panoramic scenery that made the stay memorable.
Beach proximity: Just a short hike or 2‑minute drive away.Quiet neighbourhood:
Peaceful setting with friendly neighbours.
Beautiful interior: Stylish design and comfortable atmosphere.Helpful staff:
Supportive team that enhanced the overall experience
Neighbour’s pool light: The glare shining directly into the middle balcony at night disrupted the view and ambiance.

Perfect for a solo trip to unwind, not be bothered and get decent rest.
A couple of touches to perhaps consider;
1. simplifying the arrival instructions.
2. Get a wine/cork screw
3. Add an extra bottle of water
4. Communication/tone from the house staff could be worked - she sounded agitated/inconvenienced with my arrival attempts.
