I liked everything, from check-in to check-out. The instructions were clear, and the staff stayed in touch. As for the room itself, everything matched the description and photos.
I also want to highlight the city view—both from the room and the stunning one from the terrace.

Convenient location next to Tsereteli Metro station with a beautiful view. Staff were immensely helpful with guiding me to the hotel location and watching my bags for me while I toured the city.

The rooms were nice, in a good state and clean. The towels were clean and smelled good. The view is beautiful, although it can be a little too noisy with open windows. The check in was smooth and possible if you don't have a mobile internet. The communication with the staff was pleasant and effective.
A little too far away from bus stops and shops, but you can walk.
