The apartment was pleasant & very well equipped, matched the description.
The location wasn't particularly pleasant, opposite Screwfix. The communal areas of the block not as nice as the apartment. However that was reflected in the price as it was good value compared with other self contained studios.

Easy check-in, super clean, wish I could have stayed longer. Great for the one night needed and within easy reach of everything I needed. Would recommend highly. Thank-you 😃

Lovely apartment, beautifully presented and super comfortable. Tea, coffee and sugar and even milk sachets provided. Washing up liquid and sponge too, and towels. Lovely staff, very accommodating. Accessible for me as a disabled person with a walker. Spacious and with a ramp up to the building. Easy to access the key etc.
The noise from the people upstairs banging around all night, people smoking drugs in the building and people outside the window being aggressive. It's been so hot but couldn't have the window open overnight for safety. The apartment is beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. It's such a shame that the building itself let it down and I appreciate there's not much can be done about other people in their property, maybe lower the price to reflect, however, I'm aware this may have just been a bad week too.
