The apartment is really well located...10 minutes away from train station and 15 minutes by walking from city center, and most interest points... It was very well equipped, full fincional kitchen, good bathroom, and comfortable beds (one sofa bed as we were 3 people) Staff was very kind and helpful when receiving us.

Only thing we can say is that the main room is at basement level, so humidity was really huge down there.

Quizás le faltaba una mejor limpieza del sofá. No pudimos abrir el sofá cama y tuvimos que poner el colchón en el suelo.

We were disappointed. I do not understand how the last person to rate the property a week earlier could give the property a 10. At best it is an 8. 1. Within a couple of hours of arriving I had contacted the manager to report that the shower door was off its track; the under sink cupboard door was broken and that the shower handle had fallen off. This was on top of being told that toilet paper could not be flushed and we had to deposit it in a small bucket for the five days we were staying; if my husband had known this in advance he would have cancelled. We have both lived in developing countries and we are "past" having sewage systems that don't flush. The repair man was prompt and fixed the cupboard door and put the shower door back on its track easily but how could other guests not report these issues. Theoretically the shower handle will be repaired by a plumber after we leave. 2. Bugs and mosquito's. I had to buy bug spray. The high ceiling needs to be cleaned. 3. One towel for five nights. There is no airflow or a hook to hang towels on, so towels had to be drapped around the apartment to dry. 4. Neighbours were noisy for 4 out of 5 nights. Luckily they would settle down around 11.30pm. 5. Ironing board needs a new cover . Probably a €10 investment. 6. Four little plastic coat hangers need to be replaced. This probably sounds like nit picking but the cost of this property was consistent with others in the area. We weren't being given a bargain.
