The hotel was lovely and clean, with great modern decor. The staff were super professional and helpful. The rooms were tidy, clean and quite spacious with nice decor. Overall the hotel was lovely, usually more than I'd pay but the availability was low for London on this weekend.
My room was right next to the elevator and so could hear people coming and going.

The staff were fantastic, great room cleaning daily plus reception staff friendly & chatty. Specifically would like to mention Soupi, Angela and Robio who made the whole thing feel very special and personal.
We will definitely be back, this place is a gem.
There's a little dust on the clothes rail and no opening windows, but that's about it.

La colazione: buffet non troppo assortito e qualità non eccelsa

Very good location (just a 7mins. walk to the underground station).
Good breakfasts (enough choice).
Comfortable/clean room.
