Localisation, space

Lot of noises during the night (parties,..) Shower’s drain could be improved.

The apartment has a great location. It’s within walking distance of the old town and the lovely Darsena waterfront, making it very convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself is also spacious.

Unfortunately, there were several disappointing aspects. The furniture is quite outdated, and the beds are uncomfortable. The dishes and cutlery are worn out and really should be replaced. What I found most frustrating was the check-out policy. Guests are required to take out the trash before leaving, or they will be charged €40. However, the mixed-waste container in front of the building is locked, making it impossible to dispose of the garbage properly. It’s unreasonable to threaten guests with a penalty when they are not even given access to the appropriate waste bin.
