Good place to have quick stay in Bologna. Clean, nice hosts, tried to help with everything. Not very far from everthing, but mind that taxis don't go there. We had to walk to Railway Station on foot.

The conditioning could be better, perhaps more silent climate machine could solve the problem of temperature. The good thing that we had one, the bad thing was that we had to switch it off in the night. It was very loud.

Appartamento accogliente e comodo x tre persone!

This was a spacious apartment great central location. It had everything we needed (well almost everything) including a washine machine, good iron and crookery and cutlery. The bed was was comfortable for us, on the harder side but I like that. Chiara had provided a booklet with lots of useful information about Bologna, where to eat, what to see, history etc. We went with one of her recommendations and the food was really good. Chiara was quick and responsive with questions. The check in instructions were also detailed and thorough. Good fan in the bedroom.

The apartment was dark and even when we turned on most of the lights, the light was stark and not pleasing. The furniture was a funny mish mash and we didn't like the style. Overall you could say it was comfortable and functional as there was lots of space and furniture, and the bed was comfortable, but the dark and the design made me feel a bit depressed. We had stayed in an apartment in Bologna a few days before that was light and bright, beautifully designed, had more facilities and cost less, which partly affected my score. There was no bin in the bathroom, so we used a plastic bag. There was no air conditioning, just a unit, which we knew before but the unit was very noisy, so we used a fan at night and that was ok for us. The extractor in the bathroom was also very noisy. After reading all the excellent reviews here, we were disappointed.
