Location and staff attention to making my stay comfortable.
Being interrupted for trivial matters.

I loved the pet-friendly aspect, as well as the extra door keys. Parking was ample, and staff tried to help me out with a room on the ground floor.
Be aware that check-in hours end at 7:00 pm, and the office is closed on Sunday. The reservation email listed the hours for my day of check-in, but not my day of check out.

The price
The fact that I had to book a extra day because they are not open on Sunday. If ur not open accepting ppl that there original booking date would have been a Sunday I shouldn't have to pay for another day just because u are not open .
