We loved how accessible it was to the capital building since we were having a wedding reception there we could walk!
It was a little difficult finding where the front door was at first and getting in and out of the driveway was a little tricky, since it was on a main road.

Nice lil apt right at the foot of the Capitol building. Location provides easy access to downtown u of u etc.
Onsite parking only accommodate the smallest of vehicles but you can load or dropoff and there is street parking just around the corner.
