We rented this beautiful Catskills home for an Educational Leadership retreat at a nearby school. It was perfect for my team, with plenty of space and comfy beds in the 5 bedrooms . The charming house has a large well appointed kitchen and a big dinning table to gather for meals and conversation. We also loved sitting out on the front porch. It is very conveniently located, making it easy to get to our event and nearby restaurants. The weather was unseasonable hot for April with a couple of hot nights. We had a problem with the central air and contacted the host. Alex jumped right on it and installed window units in every room to cool us down... Then it rained and cool weather followed, so if you go in the spring be prepared for all kinds of weather. Thanks for a great stay!

We so enjoyed our stay at the house! It was so clean and spacious. The decorating is lovely as are the historic details of the house. It was very comfortable on very hot days and the pool was a delight. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We would welcome the opportunity to stay again!

My extended family met here for a family get together and high school graduation. The interior of the house was great! Communications with the owner was excellent and he was very responsive. That being said the exterior of the house and pool was unsatisfactory. The pool had a lot of algae and was cloudy - unswimable. The landscaping and weeds were in poor shape. Some of the the patio furniture was very worn. It’s not an inexpensive home and we expected more.
