Close to city centre, no need to use the car walking to the convention centre.
Nice little patio when the sun is out
Very loud as at the corner of 2 busy streets.
The bright lights around the house make it difficult to sleep.
The oven needs special instructions and it is more complicated than necessary for an Airbnb.

Location, apartment facilities, warmth, low noise and super friendly and helpful staff.
Light coming through the bedroom windows from the signage across the road, we purchased eye masks, but if there was an option of replacing the blinds in the future having ones that sit on the outside of the frame would easily fix that. Also a mattress topper for extra comfort layer woukd be nice but not essential.

The bedroom and bathroom being upstairs was a surprise (being older with suitcases). The crockery was very hard to access without climbing on a chair, and impossible to reach the wine glasses.

Location was great. The unit was very clean and spacious.
There was only one issue with the unit for me and that was the level of bright lights (from the building across the road) that was reflected in the bedroom. The window treatments were not adequate for the lights and made sleeping difficult. This issue may not affect all people but it was challenging for me. Just better block-out blinds would solve this one.
