Great Location! On foot, you can explore the whole of Dijon!
Very spacious apartment, with a big dining table, which is definitely a plus for a family or a bigger group.
2 separate bedrooms and an extra sofa near the dining room!
Street parking behind the window with a reasonable price of 4 EUR per day.
The bathroom is outdated, with a few damaged items.
WC is leaking and needs renovation.
Dripping sounds in the night when the heating is working (really annoying)
Matteras in 1 badroom is way too soft for comfortable sleeping.
