The location for us travelling was great, safe and easy to find. The workers were very personable. There was ample parking. It was easy to get luggage in and out. Lots of lights. Towels were decent. Ample room to move about, with some shelves.
Carpeting on floors, it was stinky. Needs to be replaced with a flooring. The freezer in the fridge needed to be defrosted, we could not get any size ice pack in. The top bed linens need heavy duty cleaning. The heater in front of the window needs a cleaning or painting. A little extra vacuum around the edges of walls and under the desk would help.

Easy location off the highway. Close to a great restaurant and gas station.
A bit dated.

Easy check in, friendly staff
Not very clean, dust and grime in corners, baseboards, doors, bathroom fan covered in dust so was the air contionner. Floors hadn't been swept, got sand under my feet so couldn't walk barefoot.

"The breakfast isn't fabulous but given that it's free, it was much appreciated. Also, the staff were very helpful."
