The location is very good. Near to city Center and close to malls and restaurants.
I stayed in 2 bed room appartment. There was no socket for connecting charger in one room. WIFI was not stable and had frequent disconnections. Had some disruptions in a video call.

the location is ideal. Close to most of the malls
the facilities are not included, have to pay extra to get in. the noise isolation is bad, we can hear the neighbour's dog bark and noise.

Its proximity to Suria KlCC mall. It’s in the middle of downtown. Comfortable rooms and shower.

We got the KLCC view room which was very beautiful especially at night. Thank you for the room!
Maybe we stayed for 7days long so they provided us with 9.5L water (free reload), towels and housekeeping.
(We didn’t use the housekeeping though)
The staff, Asaraf was very friendly and helpful when guiding us during check in and out, air conditioner setting. Thank you!
Their bed also very comfortable.
Walkable distance to KLCC around 10 to 15min.
Basically all is good but for step up level of customer experience.
1. The shower room water was spread onto outside of the area (but still in the toilet). Maybe the door has some spaces that it flows outside the door.
2. Towel service staff, a guy was a bit unfriendly, I kind of scared when talking to him. I was smiling and saying thank you but he gave me a straight face. There was one time, I asked him how to throw the trash because I didn’t know that I have to throw the trash by myself. I thought he will take those trash out since I was informed that housekeeping service is provided. However he strictly pointed to the trash area (very close to our room) and his gesture was like “don’t ask me to throw trash, that is not my job”.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, with nearby public transport making it easy to explore the city. The views from my room were simply fantastic, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. The rooms were in near-new condition, and the clean bathrooms were a refreshing touch. What truly set this experience apart was the outstanding service from Asaraf, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety. His assistance was invaluable and greatly appreciated. I have no hesitation in awarding this hotel 5 stars and would gladly book again in the future.

Tolle Lage, sehr aufmerksames Personal, auch die Ausstattung war funktional und völlig ausreichend. Es ist auch eine Waschmaschine inkl. Trockner vorhanden. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Its location, security and theres a mini mart at Lvl 3 in the same building, thats a plus.. Hosts are very friendly, helpful and responsive.

The location is great, just 10-15 mnutes walk to klcc, pavilion and bukit bintang.
The bed was made from springbed, think bed from latex would make it best.

It’s very near to conventional center, the place I am having a 3 days conference.
I can hear ppl moving chairs somewhere else while I am sleeping, otherwise I am happy about the facilities.

It is spacious enough for a family of 6. Just a short walk to Suria KLCC. You have appliances like iron, fridge, microwave, stove, washing machine.
The carpark is quite narrow for bigger cars and the washing machine took quite some time to be done. No aircon at the lobby but we were lucky enough it didnt take us long for the lift to arrive

Très très bien situé. Belle immeuble sécurisé. Lave-linge apprécié.
Les chambres et la salle de bain sont très petites. La cuisine n’est pas vraiment équipée. Le drain de la douche est bouché.

Excellent apartment! Location is perfect, walking distance to major attractions in Kuala Lumpur, safe and easy to navigate. Apartment has all the amenities needed, spacious and clean. I have only good things to say about the staff, communication was always clear and friendly, they were always very helpful. I definitely recommend to anyone going to Kuala Lumpur!

Exceptional stay at Wakely's! Customer service is top notch, fast response and clear instructions. Location is excellent for business travellers, only 5 minutes walk to Twin towers and Pavilion shopping mall! Highly recommended place to stay in KL!

One of the best home-style stays in Kuala Lumpur! We often travel to KL for work and Wakely's properties has fulfilled our accommodation needs! Hosts are super responsive 24/7 and check-in instructions was super clear. They also provide some value added services like luggage holding and provide travel tips! If you require wifi connection, the wifi in their unit was also lightning fast! I had no issues joining meetings online with my colleagues from here.

I have such an amazing stay at Soho Suites. The guy that brought us up to our room was so nice and helped us wiry our every need. It's was a perfect place for a family visit. Rooms were big with comfy beds. Really have nothing much to complain about. The location was amazing and the view was spectacular. The washing machine worked very well too. Great value. Highly recommended.
Perhaps the only downside is that the carpark is extremely tight to go in, especially for an SUV.

The apartment is located conveniently near malls, eateries and other necessary conveniences. The apartment itself is spacious and able to accommodate my family comfortably. Cleanliness and security is excellent here.
Nothing much I did not like, however the check-in process can be slightly clearer, to inform us that staff will meet us instead of me assuming that there was a front desk to check-in. However, check-in, once begun, was a breeze.

It was near to malls and a 24h store below was convenient
There were flies near the sink and one of the rooms had an unpleasant smell but was able to get rid of it

Value for money. Clean. Efficient and courteous staff. Responsive on chat. Easy check-in. Deposit by cash, given receipt. Returned deposit with ease. Pleasant contempory interior. Walking distance to KLCC and Pavilion. Comes with washing machine, dryer, microwave. Gym is very well equipped. Security is good. Would stay again!
Walls not quite 'soundproof'? Could hear others talking in living room and other room quite clearly. One of the single bed was quite flat in the middle. Need to pay for gym and pool, which we didnt mind for a day.

The location of the property. It’s so close to everything
Parking, that’s all. The building created the parking without thinking of the size of cars now-a-days. Not the owner’s fault.

Staff service is excellent and place is comfortable with a living room, kitchen area and bedrooms. Washing machine was handy to use. The apartment is managed professionally and any requests or questions were responded too very quickly.
