It was clean and cozy. Perfect for my husband, son and I. Close to everything we needed and a short drive to Jacksonville Beach. It was a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked. Linens were soft. Loved it. The staff who managed it were friendly and checked in to make sure we had all we needed.

Arrangement of the floor plan beds were great shower was amazing. Sunroom was great.
It’s not that we didn’t like it. It’s just that there were some things that could have been done. There was a leaky faucet in the second bathroom in the bathtub which could cause a pretty high water bill. The microwave needed a handle so it made it difficult to open the microwave the dishes could have been more dishes And more pots and pans and there could’ve been a few more hangers in the closet other than that everything was exceptional.
