The home was exactly as described, neat and clean plus equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Being right off Clements Ferry Rd made it easy for us to get where we needed to be very easily. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Easy place to unwind after a long day and to use as a home base for our visiting various areas on Daniel Island and Mt. Pleasant. Would have been very easy to get downtown as well if we needed to. We would definitely stay again. Host was quick to answer any questions.

Keep in mind, being a townhouse...there is some next door neighbor noise (basic stuff like TV and going up & down stairs), but it wasn't bad at all and it is an end unit, so just one adjacent neighbor. Beats a hotel!

The unit is so comfortable and clean. The back deck was a wonderful place to relax with a cup of coffee or cocktail. Kitchen is nicely equipped and had about everything we needed. The communication with the host was timely and welcoming. We have every confidence in recommending this rental.
