This is an entire home. There are three bedrooms and areas downstairs that futons can be arranged on the floor for additional guests, lots of space. The proximity to the train/bus station and stores and restaurants is fantastic. The owners were incredibly helpful and patient with lots of questions. Our sons climbed Mt. Fuji and due to the 0300 required showtime that they booked we ended up reserving an Uber to go all the way to Station 5, bus transport we found out started too late for them to use. Transport to this location and to Tokyo was essentially by bus, reserve tickets early. The washing machine was great (no dryer). Wonderful view of Mt Fuji from balcony accessed through the main windows of the master bedroom.

For us there really were no issues. Be aware though that this is an older local home, not a modern hotel room. There is one shower, two toilets, and the hot tub is an indoor tub with hot water nozzles, not what many westerners would picture in a backyard setting. The home is in a fairly quite neighborhood, not a place to have a party.

Was Staub und Sauberkeit über 1,85 m angeht, gäbe es Verbesserungspotenzial. Aber wir haben es akzeptiert.

Location is fantastic. Close to the station which is access to everything in the area. The property manager was super responsive and caring, as when there was the earthquake they reached out quickly to check on us. It’s a large house with ample space which the family loved. We spent a fair amount of time in the kitchen as the we loved cooking for dinner after our day out. With three bedrooms on the top floor and two toilets, it was quite the convenience for a party of 6. The property guys also took our garbage twice and brought us extra bags. The washing machine was so convenient to have and the hot water bath felt onsen levels (once you figure out how it works!). Overall a great stay with just a few small hiccups that can be remedied.

The place was quite dusty, which led me to have allergies throughout my entire trip. The cleaning crew didn’t do a thorough check and we found dirty clothing in the cupboard. Suggest they brief the cleaning crew to double check everything and do a thorough clean to reduce dust. The utensils should be replaced as they fall apart and the pan holders were also unusable. Adding a few plates for serving would also make it easier. Can I also suggest that a dish drying cloth be added and maybe a drying rack. All of these things are easily rectified to really upgrade the experience.

La localización es excelente además cuenta con plaza de parking privada para el coche, camas muy cómodas y vistas al monte Fuji desde la terraza

Los dos lavabos olían a pipi y la mesa de la cocina estaba sucia, cargan un importe bastante alto por la limpieza así que esperaba más la verdad. Al entrar hay un olor fuerte de madera, por suerte como dormíamos arriba estuvimos bien
