Proximity to beach and shops

I had no issues to report

Location Location Location!!!! Perfect for my husband, our granddaughter and me. The apartment is literally steps from the beach, with 2 outdoor patio spaces available. It looked like there was plenty of seating and a bbq and firepit. If we'd had more time, we would have used these!! The apartment is very well appointed - kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of linens and towels - even beach towels. Comfy bed; Large bedroom and bathroom; great living space!

The entry hallway (from ground level to the unit) is kind of shabby. Some residents put trash in the hall before taking it to the outdoor bins. Old carpet n the hall but it is an old building.

The actual condo is nice. Has everything you need, is comfortable, quiet, and direct access to the beach.

The communication with the owner was poor. We never got confirmation of our stay, check in time, and entering directions until the day of which was stressful. And once the owner finally replied they informed us the unit had just been fumigated and there was no hot water. I also had noticed it looked like no parking was included so I asked what the options are and got no reply. We had no idea there was a marathon that weekend and all the direct and surrounding roads would be closed. We had to park almost a mile away which was a huge inconvenience dragging a bunch of luggage that took more than one trip from the car to the condo. We would have appreciated the heads up about the marathon and just some basic parking tips for the area.
