Clean, stocked, welcoming.
Coolers were moldy and poles were broken and not usable.

Ganz klare weitersmpfelung.

The house is very well appointed and has very nice furnishings. The beds and linens were excellent and so comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed for a month long stay, and they gave us some nice food and drinks to get started. We sat on the lanai every day and night looking at the canal and the fish. We did not use the little plunge pool or kayaks at all. It's a great location to walk to several restaurants and stores. It's only about a 10 minute drive to the beaches. We had two guests who also loved the property. By far the best rental we've had!
I wasn't aware that there was a small apartment downstairs, but it is completely separate and did not bother us even though it was always booked during our stay. It has a separate parking space in the driveway.
