Check-in was extremely easy with clear instructions and video showing how to access the apartment. Location was superb, Prati neighbourhood is one of the best to stay at if you want a more calm area not crowded by tourists. Room was spacious and equipped with all you need for stay. I wish we stayed more days.
Everything was great.

Excellent location
The only thing which was a disappointing we left the room at 8.30 in the morning came back 14.15pm to the room still not cleaned after a hot morning in Rome we couldn’t go out again

The location is superb and there is a nice common area where you can make an easy meal and eat it too.
All contact was made through whatsapp and there is no personel on sight. Allthough they were quick to reply, the Check-in process didn't work at all during our stay and we had to get help checking in and coming home for the night through messaging on whatsapp.
The bathroom smelled so bad of mold and dirty pipes it was absolutely terrible!
We were also asked to pay tax and give passports through whatsapp which I didn't like but we had to do it in order not to lose the booking and having to find another hotel on the day.
