Breakfast was basic but adequate. Location was great. easy to find and accessible to nearby park
Hot water was weak. Need to have slow flow of water before water gets hot. They need to get a larger electric heater.

Apparently owned by ex head of Kinabalu Parks, was meant to cater to Mount KK climbers staying out of the park, its about 2.8 km to the park entrance. Simple breakfast was provided fried eggs, toasted bread and fried rice, noodle, kway teow and hot coffee and tea. Instant water heater provided in all bathrooms. Nice view of Mount KK
The walls are thin between the rooms but should not be an issue unless coz we are out throughout the day.

The view was superb, unit was clean, breakfast included was great, staff had the best attitude.
Had a lot of space for activities such as board games and chit chat, that was accommodated with the amazing view.
Had to request for the hairdryer from the counter everytime we need it.
