The property is historic yet modernised. Entrance is very discreet and immediately cool on arrival. The lift made access to our second floor apartment very welcoming.

Fantastic apartment with amazing amenities (including washing machine and dryer). Lovely location and a short walk to Santa Cruz area. The apartment was clean and spacious.

The location is OK, the nearby Casa Pilatos is worth visiting. There is a nice cafe down the street.
The apartment is not "luxury". It was quite run down and didn't have any of the little touches that make a place comfortable. There was a horrible smell coming from the shower drain, we resorted to filling a zip lock bag with water to cover the drain when we were not using the shower to block the stink. We found the bed to be extremely firm and there was only one uncomfortable pillow each. The room was very bright at night and we didn't sleep well. Access to the room was very narrow from the lift. There was also construction across the road that was unfortunately very loud and dirty.

"Posizione perfetta (vicino al centro e in direzione della stazione ferroviaria). Appartamento nuovo e pulito, completo di tutti i comfort e ben restaurato (in un palazzo storico). Pochi mq organizzati..."
