The bed and AC were great.
The location is far away, and there is nothing around, and it is also hard to get a taxi. We knew that but planned on renting a scooter, but the hotel was out of scooters.
There is no hot water in the shower.
The staff members are useless and don't help (they don't speak a word in English).

"The place was clean and huge. The staff were accommodating and ensures that you'll have the most amazing stay in Da Lat. The place was near from everything, foods, markets, attractions, and drop-offs."
