Very good location, 5 minutes walk from the main railway station (Gara de Nord). Clean, with amenities that can be helpful (kitchen tools, washing machine). Good price/quality. I would prefer it for transit or short stay. Easy to check.in/check.out with no need for personal intervention. Timely communication from the owners.
Not necessary dislike: The shower area needs attention in handling, as it is small area (reason for me to prefer it for transit/short stay), otherwise clean and serving basic needs.

Chambre propre et très sympathique, avec un hôte très à l’écoute et disponible.

The location is near the north station and is quiet at night. The bed is comfortable. It has an air conditioner, which is very good for summer nights.
The bathroom is clean but a bit small and the shower head is kind of broken so I can only use the sink to take a shower.

6 minute walk to North train station.
I would definitely not get this if I was a woman. The bathroom window does not have a curtain and the neighbors can see while you shower.
The detergent they used on the bed sheets was so strong it made me cough and burned my eyes, so I could not sleep.

Mi è stato permesso il check-in 2 ore prima avvisando in anticipo che venivo da un lungo viaggio, ringrazi..."
