Staff were nice and replied quickly, the home was clean on arrival.
The facilities were old and wear and tear were clearly visible. The first night the heating wasn’t working resulting in cold water until the hotel staff gave us instructions over the message to solve this. Shower still fluctuated in heat and the area is not great at all. Overall, isn’t a good price for the accommodation. On arrival, there was stacks of letters in the doorway, left us questioning if there had even being a once over of the property before our arrival.
