The view was great. Unit was comfortable. Safe parking. The agent who assisted us with check in was professional.

Noise levels from the street too much. Neighbours slamming doors and noise from lift. Not enough charging points for electronic devices. Shower and toilet very uncomfortable. Last minute whatsapp with check in rules with extra fees to be charged if you are not complying with certain check in times. Breakage cost of R1500 that had to be paid and I did not see it when I made the booking. Foreign exchange costs incurred, was not aware that I am doing an international payment. All these rules and costs must be communicated before final booking is made.

I’m sure this might sound as if it’s a bit exaggerated but in honesty everything was amazing. In fact the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The place was so beautiful and clean. Oh and the view was to die for, it was AMAZING! We had a blast

Mother Nature was not on our side, it rained a lot. However, we will plan better next time.

View, location

Chipped tables, kitchen doors need to be tighten, flaking paint, bathroom cupboards need painting, front door handle came off twice. Lots of maintenance required and therefore very expensive.

The location is ideal. It sits right on the beachfront and has a few eateries within walking distance from it. The unit itself has everything you would need for a stay, and the complex itself is quiet, which adds to its appeal.

Check-in could have been slightly better. When we arrived, the security guard refused to let us in and we stood by the door waiting for the host, with our bags.
