Mamatha Guest inn

The location is close to all the sites. Since we had our own car it was perfect to stay here. The property is new and all amenities are as good as new. The hosts were helpful and adviced places to see. We will love to stay here again in future.

A few points that could make our stay a bit more comfortable which the property owner promised me to make up and do in future : 1. Instead of just 1 water bottle per day in the room a minimum of 2 should be placed specially when 2 guests are staying. 2. A cupboard with hangers are required in rooms to place the clothes. 3. Side tables next to beds should be catered for. 4. Basic tea making satches and sugar should be placed in the rooms could be helpful. 5. Breakfast is only served when more than 5-6 guests are there, else one has to fend for himself.

The location is in a newly developed commercial area, Lot of similar, single family managed hotels abound in this area. That said, our host was a wonderful family, very accommodating and warm.

The host needs to start providing morning tea and breakfast. That way the tourist will not have to worry about arranging for it. There are a few small restaurants around, hopefully with time more better facilities will be available.

The facility was spacious, neat and clean. The staff (mainly the owners) were very helpful. When they came to know that we are coming late in the night by train, they suggested and arranged for a pickup. During our night time travel to guest house we realized how important that decision was. I would recommend this facility for all my dear ones.
