Great location that is quiet and very close to a laundromat, grocery store, and a cafe with great reviews. About a 15-20 minute walk from Piazza San Marco. Checking into the apartment was very easy, and upon entry the space was spotless and equipped with all the essentials needed for our stay. The AC also worked well. The host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions I had.
My only complaint would be the bathroom fan, which was apparently motion activated but only set to turn on for maybe 20-30 seconds at a time and could not be activated while showering. It was also sometimes difficult to activate the fan (sensor is by the light switch). Granted, I did not ask the host about the fan so there is a chance I was using it wrong.

The place was very nice-new, clean, and well-maintained. Since we stayed in February and it was quite cold outside, we really appreciated that the heating worked very well. The apartment was also equipped with kitchen utensils, which we didn't use but it is always a plus having a kettle or a coffee machine in disposition.
The only thing that we didn’t like was that the room we were given was not the one we had booked. It was smaller and didn’t have the corridor shown in the pictures. The room was supposed to be different in general. As we were tired after the journey, we didn’t notice this immediately, and given our short stay, it didn’t seem worth the time to raise the issue or request a room change.

L'ambiente pulito e nuovo
Il servizio legato alla colazione potrebbe migliorare con piccole accortezze.Abbiamo, purtroppo, trovato rotta la macchina per il caffè .Al mattino poter appena svegli, sorseggiare un espresso è cosa buona e giusta.
