Tutto bene, solo non era segnalato che l’asciugatrice non funzionava…

The apartment was spacious. The apartment owner responded very quickly to our request for a second key. There was an umbrella available in the room...came in quite handy in the KL rain. Nice pool/view area on the top floor. Nice view over Kampung Baru. Good coffee and croissant at reception area.

No major issues, but a few comments: 1) The apartment building has ~48 stories serviced by only 4 lifts...hence quite crowded at certain times of day, with longish waiting times. 2) The kitchen crockery were inadequate (i.e. no knives, limited plates, no dish towels). 3) The bathroom/shower area was quite small, resulting in the entire floor becoming splashed/wet from the shower. 4) Odd positioning/lack of power sockets and light switches on LHS of bed, along kitchen counter and beside dining table. The surrounding area has been hijacked by high rise apartment/hotel developments which crowd the view. Hordes of "guests" clogging the lifts and causing chaotic behaviour in lobby area. This appears to be the current trend/"business model" for visitor accommodation in the area. Closest public transport (LRT at KLCC) is 15 min walk from the apartment. There appears to be several apartments in the area with a similar name (Scarletz by ???) making it quite confusing (at least for the first time) to locate the appropriate building on map applications and for ordering taxis. Luckily at this apartment there is a front desk for key collection/check in.
