Good location near the mall and very secure and comfortable
It was remotely managed and there were issues getting back into the unit because the electronic lock failed to work after a power outage. We could not leave the unit unattended or we wouldn't be able to get back in. This happened during the typhoon

"Great location, very close to Ayala Mall, and having a 7-Eleven in the building was very convenient. The security before accessing the residential floors also made us feel safe during our stay."
