The location was very convenient, it was clean and organized. They offer a comfortable room for solo travelers and the staff replied the message in a timely manner! I would recommend it!
The fact that the rooms offered a shower but not a toilet. The property has 2 shared toilets. Also the walls are thin and the rooms are close together so I could hear the guests in the room next to mine.

Great location, good information provided by owner and nice and clean. Perfect for my 12hr stay over
This is budget accommodation which is clean and comfortable. Nothing negative to say other than noisy fellow guests, but this isn’t a reflection of the property/owner

Room was exactly as described and although compact was fine for one person; lighting was okay despite no window (as advertised). Check-in arrangements were all straightforward and well explained, owner's contact details were well documented should there be any issue. Spotless toilet with well-thought out amenities. Good wifi. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fine. It does exactly what it says on the tin and I'd stay here again.
Can't be helped as it's a basement room but phone signal wasn't great (but the wifi made up for that), and the air was quite humid but not unexpected. The shower was a bit slow to drain (Room 2) but again, not a problem with judicious stops and starts of the shower! Minor observations that would not stop me from staying in this room again, though.

The Location was ok.
The room was ok but there wasn't any mobile phone reception which I found disappointing, this is why I rated it as passable.
