Wonderful stay – highly recommended!
The apartment was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for cooking. The location was perfect, just a 7-minute walk from Oberhausen Hauptbahnhof. Despite being so close to the station, the apartment was very quiet and well insulated from outside noise.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. It was absolutely worth it!
One minor issue: Unfortunately, there was a noticeable smell of cannabis coming from some of the other apartments, which occasionally entered our bathroom through the ventilation system. This was a little unpleasant, although it was clearly not the fault of our apartment itself.

Very well located apart-hotel. Nice, fresh, clean, with modern kitchen and modern bathroom. Nice entrance to the building. A lot of resaurants around. Very close to the main street of Oberhausen. Paid parking nearby.
Very loud neighbours - hotel guests, making party the whole night.

A nice fresh, modern, well furnished apartment in the center of Oberhausen. Nice entrance, clean toilet, the main street of Oberhausen nearby, a lot of restaurants nearby, also a big parking (paid).
Noisy neighbours (also hotel guests) making loud parties whole night.

Die zentrale Lage, die Zimmerausstattung und das einfache Check-in System.
Das Schlafsofa war leider sehr unbequem und quietscht bei jeder Bewegung
