It was clean and had a good view
The fact that you meet no hosts
The codes work intermittently
There is only one lift and it isn’t enough especially with the wind
The rooms need better form of insulation due the the heavy winds it is difficult for a person who is a light sleeper to get a peaceful nights rest

Beautiful view from one of the bedrooms and living room. The location was close to most hotspots whether it was beaches, the airport, Long street etc. Getting into the apartment was also seamless. We had a parking spot for our rental which was great! A secure building with CCTV surrounding as well as lovely security men working 24/7 in shifts. The tallest security guard was extremely helpful throughout our stay - I wish I caught his name but I couldn’t sing his praises any higher. They also cleaned our property halfway through the trip and replaced our towels which wasn’t expected but greatly appreciated.
The property could do with a lick of paint around the skirting boards and just a general upgrade but nothing that ruined the stay/trip.
