Lovely property, ideally located, very comfortable, hot tub and sauna are just what’s needed after a long day walking labradors on the stunning beaches.

Perfect location, free parking outside, very clean and a well equipped kitchen

The property is in a fantastic location everything is on the door step. I will be looking into booking again if dates are free x x

The property could do with a information pack putting together with instructions on the hot tub , sauna , the heating system x x

Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna during our stay. The property is dog friendly, which was our reason for booking.

The photos are generally reflective of the space, however property is in need of some serious TLC and is a bit rough around the edges e.g. plaster work around the doors and windows is cracked, the skirting boards downstairs were quite scuffed and there were loose tiles in the bathroom and bath panel was cracked. The second bedroom is very small and only suitable for one person. The bed in the main bedroom is a double and very soft. The property is in a bit of an unattractive area of Amble backing onto the car park where the market is held. When returning to the area we will stay in Warkworth or Alnmouth. Very expensive nightly rate for the quality of the property.
