The apartment was lovely — light, fresh and very comfortable, with a fantastic location for exploring Ghent on foot. Access was straightforward and communication was professional, proactive and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing we would mention is that the stairs leading up to the mezzanine sleeping area are quite steep and have no handrail. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it is worth being aware of when booking. We wouldn’t consider the apartment suitable for young children or for anyone with reduced mobility or who is less confident on stairs.

Great location. Very central and within short walking distance of main sights. Owner was very responsive to queries prior to arrival and the information hub app was easy to navigate and full of useful information.
Accommodation was a lot more basic than expected. Missing some of the extra touches.

Excellent property , very comfortable, cozy and modern in a quiet neighbourhood , very close to the gravensteen and city centre
Mosquitos and could be somehow more clean , even it was definitely clean but some details were missing .

La posizione
La pulizia, il divano letto (terribile), la mancanza di un aspiratore in bagno e l’assenza di un armadio e/o spazio per la sistemazione dei bagagli.
