The staff was very friendly, checkin and checkout was swift, room was big and clean, lota of channels on the TV, and location is very strategic
Bed and pillow not the most comfortable but that I think is a matter of preference. I like firm bed and pillows

The clean room.
No place to put your clothes! Only one chair in the room, so we had to sit on the high bed which is not comfortable if you want to eat something!
The breakfastplace was not clean, no good coffee, burned rice.

The room is clean n huge enough 👍
1. The shower is not the right one. I had to hold it when took a bath.
2. You have to install the sound proof to avoid the noise from the street. We can not sleep well because of it.
3. It would be nice if you complete the bed with bolster.

the room is not soundproof enough, i can hear other rooms laugh and chat. also the shower is broken.

One of the widest and largest bed compared to others. The low powered refrigerator is not cooling whatsoever anymore. and they dont have any backup.

If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay which is accessible from anywhere with restaurants, cafes, local stores and famous tourist spots around you, then this is definitely the place. The hotel's location is perfect. You can walk to the nearby cafes, or explore the surrounding street food vendors, or ride online taxi/bicycle/rent a car to famous places in Lembang which is only +/- 30 min away from the hotel (not in busy hour tho).
My friend and i had a great time staying here. And we'll definitely aim to stay here again for the third time in our next trip to Bandung.
It would be good if the regular maintenance could be improved, such as checking the shower head for any leak (mine was broken so the water splatter everywhere) and the hot water (it didn't run). Aside from those two, I think everything else is good.
