Innkeeper and the bed and breakfast was fabulous!
Surrounding area isn't the most appealing, but it's a small matter.

Wunderbare Location. Ein sehr besonderer Ort. Alles mit viel Liebe erstellt. Wunderbar auch das Frühstück von "chefkoch" Patrick.

Room spacious. Close to downtown. Excellent breakfast. Clean.
No cable TV, no familiar with ROKU / streaming. Breakfast starts later at 9 AM

The innkeeper Patrick was amazing. He gave a tour of the house. He gave an extremely engaging and interesting history of the house and the area and I learned a lot about the history of Toledo which is my new home. The house itself was gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious and I overall enjoyed my stay immensely.
The only thing that would’ve improved my stay is the ability to adjust the heat in the rooms. Patrick was kind of off to give me an extra space heater, so it was comfortable, but I tend to be very cold (I have a circulatory disorder, so probably most people wouldn’t have this problem), and an adjustable thermostat in the room would have been a huge bonus for me.
