We had a truly wonderful stay and felt very welcome from the very beginning. A special mention has to go to Dimitra, the hotel manager, who was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly warm, attentive and always made sure that we and our family had everything we needed. You can really feel that she genuinely cares about her guests and wants everyone to have the best possible experience. Her kindness, professionalism and personal touch made our stay even more special. Thank you, Dimitra, for taking such great care of us – you are definitely one of the reasons we will remember this hotel so fondly!

No Music in the morning, even if it was a very relaxing music. No Music until 23:00 in the evening. 22:00 should be enought.

Apartament zlokalizowany w cichej uliczce. Podstawowe wyposażenie wystarczające na wygodny, kilkudniowy pobyt. Klimatyzacja z możliwością niezależnego ustawienia dla każdego z pomieszczeń. Bardzo duży taras (i wystarczy się nieco wychylić, by zobaczyć Akropol :-) ). Doskonała lokalizacja dla zwiedzania zabytków antycznych Aten.

The apartment itself was large and spacious.

The communication with the property owners was almost non-existent. I had to get Booking.com to contact the owners as we did not know if or when we would have the check in information. (Emailed consistently 3 weeks prior with no response) This was stressful and inconvenient with a child. We did not know if we would have to book another place until 30 minutes before check in, at which we finally received a code into the building. Upon arrival, the place was not ready as it was still being cleaned, 45 minutes after our check in time. We did not receive any house rules or information regarding the hot water system ( there was no hot water on available) We had to message the contact to find out how to work the system for hot water and only one person (of 3 people) had a brief shower for the first evening. You have to make sure the hot water system is activated (and wait for it to heat up for a good half a day before you can all use it) Why this was not communicated as part of check in, was unacceptable.
