Quiet, spacious flat. Private parking. Great hot shower with excellent water flow. Nice coffee machine. Large TV I could get Netflix on. Comfortable bed. Near a bus stop. Extremely clean. Photos and description totally accurate. Very accessible owner who I am sure would put himself out to help if needed.
May just be me - some people wouldn’t feel the same I am sure - but I found the furnishings and general feel depressing which is why I didn’t give it a higher overall score. The flat is dated with old furniture ( even if comfortable) . Old , unmatched bedding, cutlery and plates. Cluttered with knick-knacks. No coat hangers or hanging space in any wardrobe- all clothes had to go into boxy spaces in the wardrobe. It felt like a student flat share.
