Property states bicycle hire is available at an additional charge. That’s why I chose it. At reception told they don’t have bicycles
With booking I was given the option of choosing a double or twin beds. I chose a double. The message I received was that my request was accepted. I will either get a double or a twin??? Why ask me what I want then?
I got a twin in the end.
Staff sweeping the balcony outside my room at 7am. Why? Wake me up.

Frog Homestay is in a perfect location - close to the action and the night market, but far enough away to be a nice and quiet.
The staff were very friendly.
Room was comfortable.

Very basic accommodation, matched the price well. The staff were very relaxed and made the check in and check out process really quick and easy - I stayed only one night so that was appreciated. I was able to park my scooter off the street and in the secure garage which was really great especially in this area. The hotel was very calm and quiet at night.
The room really was very basic, the bed was not super comfortable. I had to unplug the fridge at night because it was buzzing so much.
