The property itself was in good order; everything bar the cleaning was good. We were offered a second property as a result of the oversight from the house not being serviced. The second house was very clean and in good order.

Unfortunately on arrival after 3pm the property had not been serviced. The linen had not been changed; we were left with damp, used towels, dishes hadn't been washed and the bins had not been emptied. It took until 8pm before we received a response to our requests. A shame because the property was in good order; everything else was new and immaculate. Unfortunately the oversight was that the house had been forgotten when cleaning was needed after the last occupants.
