Mr Mahendra was very helpful to us the entire trip. The villa was clean and in a good location where theres alot of shops around the area. Security/front desk is also available throughout the day

The accommodation was huge - literally enormous. The roof top pool was great and the stairs up definitely kept our fitness up - we also had a view of rice paddies off the side! Bonus! The area was styled with modern decorations, really clean and very accessible to have service providers come to the room - like for a daily massage. Everything was modern and well maintained. Mahendra was enthusiastic to make sure he had everything sorted for us - even waiting for us at check-in which was around 11.30pm. We loved our stay in Canggu!
The breakfasts were delivered perfectly on time - so much so that they were made earlier and then delivered at the set time. It would be great to get them hot and fresh. It was a decent walk to get to the main shopping area - not too bad though if you got a bike. Outside the accommodation is a lot of construction - so a little bit going on around you. There is no option to split beds into singles.
