The location of the apartment and the facilities in the residence are great:
- near Muscat yet not in the busy city center
- the premium facilities: big pool, big park, playground, flowery buildings
Few things to highlight:
- no real sofa bed in the living room!! The description of the flat implies there is 2 double beds and that the flat can accommodate 4 persons. The sofa is not a sofa bed and cannot accommodate 2 persons. It was very tight for my kids (7 and 4yo) so imagine for 2 adults !!
- missing bath towels & bed sheets
- missing some kitchen accessories like a colander for instance
- dirty and stained babycot
- no pool towel available

Very pleasant in nice location with excellent pool
A few written instructions would have been useful for water heater and use of owners card (which gets you discount at the nearby jumeirah beach hotel restaurants). It was a long way to walk to the restaurants

Tranquil location nestled among the mountains in the luxury of Jumeirah Muscat Bay. Good property and very comfortable for a family.
The water heater was not working up to the expectations and could have been better.

"Location molto bella e ben arredata con i giusti spazi anche per una famiglia in un contesto abitativo esclusivo fuori Muscat. A pochi passi anche una laguna molto bella con spiaggia"
