Clean comfortable room near the airport. No complaints.

A budget hotel that was clean enough and sufficiently comfortable for one night's stay. Furnishings, including linens and towels were a little below average, same for pillows and bedspreads. Water pressure was low and luke-warm. It was quiet and the area felt safe. It was a bit further from the airport than expected. Desk clerk was friendly. Chances are I would pay a bit more and upgrade the facility if I visited the area again.

Pleasant check-in staff, fairly quiet and clean accomodations, room as expected. The refrigerator was excellent at chilling food. I was surprised by the absence of a coffee machine, as one typically sees it in a hotel room, but I suppose it wasn't mentioned in the room summary. I found the bed lumpy and uncomfortable, though the rest of my party found it perfect. We all agreed the sheets were clean and pillows perfectly fluffed.

It was cheap and unexpectedly clean. I stayed for one night only and was surprised abut the cleanliness and normality of the hotel at a very low cost. Nothing fancy but nothing bad either.

BED BUG WARNING!!! I stayed here for one night and got eaten alive. Marks clearly show bedbug bites (usually welts, usually 3 or more in a row). Had to throw away suitcase and all my clothes and buy new ones the next day as a precaution. I would not recommend staying here.. if you bring them home with you, it’ll ruin your life for a long time. Stay somewhere else.

No front desk personal for over 30 minutes we waited...and was rude when she got there..the beds r hard...the liben had STAINS of u know what on em...absolutely disgusting..black mold in the shower...2 towels looked like they were already used and put back...when i went to get a new room NO FRONT DESK PERSON....only seen her when we checked and we called service many times w no answer....dont stay here

You get what you pay for. Front desk clerk works both hotels on the property, had a long wait to check in. Hotel is run down, outlet in the bathroom did not work, moved us to another room. Vending machine had stale snacks and flat soda.

Right before the trip we saw their google review and got quite scared because of the complaints about bedbugs, but luckily we checked everywhere and there weren't signs of any. The place is really quite old and run down and a bit dirty. We had a big bug on the wall. Check in and check out was easy and breakfast was ok. Overall it's an ok stay for one night

Room was good, clean and comfortable for our one night stay. Staff was friendly and we had no issues.

The whole building smells like stale cigarette smoke. There is no coffee and no clean water option. Only available bottled water in a vending machine. If you are looking for the cheapest option it is ok but only if you can deal with a stench. The staff at the desk were nice.

We came from Cleveland to watch the steelers and enjoyed our stay here. Very easy check in, clean, comfortable with delivery food options. I was well pleased.

No iron or ironing board. Staff was pretty unfriendly. Bed had hair on it. Dirty towels.

Great place at a fair price. Nothing luxurious but kind and professional staff. Pretty clean room, lobby and parking lot. Safe area. I would stay there again.
