Stunning views of the Grand Canal from tall windows in the salon and master bedroom, and of a side canal in the other en suite bedroom. A second bathroom for two smaller bedrooms. Very comfortable bedding, washer and dryer, updated kitchen with microwave and kettle. Spacious and clean space with comfortable and high quality furniture. When you step outside your building you are on the patio of a restaurant with good breakfasts and other mealks, and a dock steps away for water buses and taxis, making getting around easy. Lots of walkable restaurants and sights. Perfectly located. Double paned windows keep it quiet, but open to magnificent breezes from the sea. Very easy electronic access to building and apartment doors. A wonderful place!!

One shower head needed tightening, to control the water direction better. Easily repaired.

Fantastic location, right on the waterfront of Riva Degli Schiavoni, less than 50 meters from the water taxi / ferry station San Marco-San Zaccaria "B". Clean, boutique style classic apartment with a kitchen, four bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms plus a third bathroom. High ceilings, AC worked well, which is a plus in mid-summer Venice. Location could not have been better. Access is via an app (virkey) which worked well for us; hosts were easy to communicate with. We are a family of seven and booked a water taxi from the airport directly to the entrance of our apartment, which is a fun way to arrive in Venice. Everything is walkable from here. I would not hesitate to book this again.

Lo mejor es la ubicación y la amplitud del apartamento.

Todo genial. Lo único que en uno de los dormitorios parece que el aire enfriaba menos pero quizás no supimos ponerlo correctamente.

Location is amazing, rooms are big, 3 good size bathrooms, air conditioning and washing machine available

No washing liquid was provided for washing machine. Both nights the power went out and due to the electronic key we were unable to get in for 2 hours on the first night after dinner. The second night there was a problem with the plumbing and dirty water came up from the shower drain
