The apartment is very good for space, furniture, the car parking is perfect. Location is good and green, when you are able to reach the Condo, but this is a problem of the Municipality and of the oneway street. Furniture is complete with lot of space. Electric appliances, except microwave, are all present and perfectly working.

Because Udine is a place of mosquitos, it would be necessary to have mosquitos net at the windows. It was impossible to open the windows on the balcony and we were tormented by mosquitos bites. The bed wasn't furnished with a bed cover for a mid season (only for winter and bed sheet for summer). Towels only two included, lack of toiletries in bathroom. In kitchen they didn't change the used sponges. No kitchen dry towel, no kitchen paper. Bidet faucet without filter (we adjusted the small problem having found the filter in a drawer), shower faucet not working properly from fixed shower to flex shower. For breakfast only Nescafe' capsules (we don't drink coffee)

New and clean appartment in a calm street but near the city centre.

Molto pulita e fresca
