Very convenient location for Durham. Comfortable home with everything you need. The village has a Tesco and other convenience stores and lots of takeaway outlets.

A lovely, spacious house on the outskirts of Durham. You need a car but it is only a short drive. The neighbourhood is very quiet.
Everything was fine. There was a small issue with the WIFI but it was quickly resolved.

It was clean and comfortable and easy to get to the places we needed to get to.
Two lots of stairs, nothing to do with the house, just would never buy a house with that design.
No hanging space/wardrobe in the larger of the two bedrooms.

Absolutely beautiful property in a quiet location but close to local amenities and bus routes. Everything we needed for a weekend away. Pristinely clean. Great communication from owners. Easy access. The added extras like milk , welcome message and the Biscoff biscuits were a welcome treat when we arrived. We enjoyed the comfortable lounge. Great value for money. Can’t praise this place enough. We will definitely be back for a longer visit so that we can spend more time here. Great place if anyone working this way, fabulous office set up, would add more photos if review allowed
Nothing negative about this property it was perfect for our stay. One thing to note is that it is over 3 stories so would be more difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Entrance has toilet and utility, first floor is kitchen and living area ( great space ) top floor has 2 bedrooms, one with en-suite , office and main bathroom. Couldn’t fault it .
