The location was ideal and a short walk to the lake. The apartment had some good facilities with a tele in the lounge and bedroom, a well equipped modern kitchen and a nice walk in shower. The apartment has modern decor and finishings. The lake view from the living room was lovely on a clear day.
The entrance to the property is dated and has damp. The apartment itself could do with a freshen up, the paint is coming off the bedroom wall and the skirting boards are marked. The level of cleaning was poor, the skirting boards were dirty and there were hairs on the floor. The mattress was terrible and needs to be replaced, there are two ditches

Collection of key was easy, apartment was clean and very modern. Me and my partner were shocked at how lovely it was. Very close to the centre of Bowness, with restaurants just a few doors down. Toiletries and clean towels were supplied. Would absolutely book again.

No breakfast but location was excellent
Lobby was damp and dinghy, no hanging space for clothes but neither is a deal breaker

Fantastic location in the centre of Bowness and within ten mins walk of Windermere. Beautifully styled apartment with very comfy bed, large shower and excellent space in the kitchen/living room. Lovely and warm.
There’s no wardrobe or hanging rail. Only hanging hooks on the backs of the doors so it’s not ideal if you have clothes which need hung up or if you were staying for more than a few nights. I managed with the hangers provided on the backs of the doors. Anyway if converting one of the hallway cupboards into a hanging space??
