This was one of the best places I've stayed in while travelling. The host did notify us ahead of time that we were being upgraded to a new and better unit, so I'm not sure if this review would fully apply, but the property we did stay in had everything you could possibly need - kitchen facilities, bathrooms with heated flooring, a GREAT couch in the living room, garage, and a pretty convenient location (~10 minutes from town centre).
The paintings were a bit creepy (and potentially AI generated) but we took them down and faced them to the wall while we were there.

Great location, central. Easy walk to Riverside Market and other restaurants/cafes. Fresh Choice and a dairy within walking distance. Car parking right outside. Massive screen TV for rugby game viewing! Comfortable beds with electric blankets. Everything we needed!!
An extra towel each would have been nice.

Proximity to cbd and stadium. . Walked to dinner.
There was a game on and roads to property had been closed by check in. It took 30 minutes to work our way around to get in.

The apartment itself was great ; high quality linens and extremely clean. Was very nice.
It was not the apartment we booked. I was advised on the day of arrival that we had been moved to another property. The property itself was very similar to the one we booked but it was a different location in the CBD. Then on our second night there, some other guests showed up at the property- it was very disconcerting as they had been given the code to the door and let themselves in. Luckily we were home at the time. They were very gracious and we contacted the property together and the host advised the other guests they would move them to another apartment. This was a pretty poor experience for all of us involved!
